These Terms govern access to handibrix.com and purchases from our online drinkware store. By using the website or submitting an order, you accept these Terms and our Shipping, Return, Privacy, and Payment policies.

Customer eligibility and conduct

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and must provide complete and accurate information. Fraud, unauthorized access, malicious code, interference with website operations, automated scraping, and unauthorized commercial copying are prohibited.

Products and descriptions

We sell beer glasses, highball glasses, cocktail glasses, juice glasses, tumblers, can-shaped glasses, reusable glass cups with lids and straws, and multi-piece drinkware sets.

Product pages state dimensions, capacity, material, quantity, package contents, and care guidance. Styling props, beverages, fruit, and ice shown in photographs are not included. Minor manufacturing variations in glass thickness, molded seams, base weight, and dimensions are not defects when the product remains safe and functional.

Safe use

Customers must follow the product listing and care instructions. Do not expose ordinary glassware to sudden temperature changes, open flame, stovetops, ovens, or freezers unless the listing expressly permits that use. Inspect each item before use and stop using chipped or cracked glass. Children must use glassware only under adult supervision.

Orders and acceptance

Orders require available inventory, successful payment authorization, a valid shipping address, and completed fraud screening. We cancel orders for unavailable inventory, failed payment, confirmed pricing error, invalid address, shipping restriction, or confirmed fraud risk. A canceled paid order is refunded to the original payment method.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD. Sales tax is calculated at checkout according to the shipping destination. Standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is free. Customer-selected expedited delivery is charged at the amount shown before purchase.

Payment is due in full at checkout through the methods displayed on the payment page. We do not accept cash, checks, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or payment outside the secure checkout.

Shipping, returns, and customer duties

Processing, delivery, tracking, and free-shipping rules appear in the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, deadlines, costs, and refunds appear in the Return Policy.

Customers must enter accurate checkout information, inspect glassware immediately after delivery, keep packaging during inspection, follow care instructions, and report damage within the stated deadline.

Intellectual property and submissions

Website text, images, graphics, design, and branding are owned by or licensed to handibrix.com. They cannot be copied or commercially used without written permission. By submitting a review, photograph, or feedback, you grant us permission to display and use it for store operations and promotion, subject to applicable law.

Third-party services

Payment processors, ecommerce platforms, fulfillment partners, carriers, analytics providers, and advertising services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their independent acts.

Disclaimer and liability

Products and website services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that extent, handibrix.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Maximum liability for a claim is the amount paid for the affected order. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Revised Terms take effect when posted. Continued use after posting means acceptance of the revision.
